Taken after a successful partnership meeting on June 23, 2025, the YASD and IM teams came together to reflect on shared progress and continued collaboration under the LOGIC Project.

The purpose of the visit was to meet with the YASD team and review progress on the LOGIC (Local Green Innovation Champions) Project. This project helps young people and women learn green skills like climate-smart farming and starting eco-friendly businesses.

The IM team was impressed by YASD’s youth-led approach and strong work in local communities. They praised the organization for creating practical solutions to problems like youth unemployment, poverty, and environmental damage.

The visit came as YASD begins the 2025 extension of the LOGIC Project. This new phase includes training in agroecological farming, making natural pesticides, and other green practices to help communities respond to climate change and improve their income.

YASD and IM have been working together since the early days of the LOGIC Project. Their partnership is built on shared values—local leadership, inclusion, and long-term sustainability. Together, they continue to support young people across Malawi to become leaders and changemakers.
